Funded through the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and in collaboration with giz, German university professors and CGIAR++ centers, ATSAF has established the ATSAF Academy.
The aim of the Academy is to involve PhD students from German universities in CGIAR++ research projects and in this way strengthen the links between German universities and international, development-oriented agricultural research.
The ATSAF Academy offers a scientific support program for its scholarship holders in the form of courses and seminars, which are recognized in the respective universities for the structured PhD programs.
